We collect only the information reasonably necessary to manage your booking and assessment process.

Your personal information will not be sold. It may be shared only where required by law or with trusted service providers that assist with clinic operations, payment processing, scheduling, website hosting, or service delivery.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. The AuDHD Centre does not receive or store your full credit card details.

Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medication details, clinical notes, or other sensitive health information through the payment form.

Submitting a booking form or making payment does not by itself establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship and does not guarantee eligibility, diagnosis, or a particular clinical outcome.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements and clinic policies.
