By booking an assessment with the AuDHD Centre, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Private Assessment Service

The AuDHD Centre provides private, fee-based assessment services. Payment confirms your request to proceed with booking and allows the clinic to begin coordinating your appointment.

Assessment Fees

Assessment fees must be paid before the assessment unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by the AuDHD Centre.

Current assessment options include:

• Integrated AuDHD Assessment — CA$2,700
• AuDHD Compassion Program — CA$1,700

Appointment Scheduling

After payment is received, the clinic will contact you using the information provided to coordinate scheduling and explain the next steps.

Payment does not automatically confirm a specific appointment date or time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-notice, missed-appointment, or administrative fees may apply according to the clinic’s current scheduling policies.

Clinical Outcomes

Payment for an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis, recommendation, accommodation, prescription, treatment plan, or any other specific clinical outcome.

Clinical findings are based on professional judgement and the information available during the assessment process.

Compassion Program

The AuDHD Compassion Program provides the same assessment pathway at a reduced rate for people experiencing financial hardship.

Booking at the Compassion Program rate does not change the clinical assessment process or guarantee eligibility for any other financial support.

Insurance Reimbursement

Insurance and extended health benefit coverage varies between providers and plans.

The AuDHD Centre cannot guarantee reimbursement. Patients are responsible for confirming eligibility and coverage directly with their insurer before booking.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The AuDHD Centre does not receive or store full credit card details.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s device, browser, location, Stripe settings, and eligibility.

Accuracy of Information

The patient is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking, contact, and billing information.

Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with the AuDHD Centre Privacy Policy.
